1. Full Courses, Mock Exams, and Access Bundles

All sales are final.

Due to the immediate access granted to our proprietary digital content and services, we do not offer refunds or credits for any purchases of:

  • Full Preparation Courses (e.g., PMP, CCP, etc.)
  • Standalone Mock Exams
  • Monthly or Annual Access Bundles (May refund upon request by email)

Once a purchase is completed, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to review all course information and previews before making a purchase.

2. Digital Downloads (Study Guides, Notes, Study Plans)

This is the only exception to our no-refund policy.

  • Refunds are permitted ONLY IF: You have not downloaded the file(s). A request must be made by email to support@prepflare.com. Our support team will verify that the file has not been downloaded before processing the refund.
  • Refunds are NOT permitted: If our system shows that the file has been downloaded, the product is considered “used,” and the sale is final.

To request a refund for a digital download product that you have not downloaded, please email our support team at support@prepflare.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
